Cancel an Item & Order Process
Economical production:
We make our products to order, please allow 2 to 7 days production process plus Delivery.
Each order comes with a status you can check on your "Orders" tab.
- Waiting for Fulfillment - we have got your order and it is waiting for fulfilment. At this stage it is still possible to make adjustments to your order and cancel it if necessary
- Being Fulfilled - the fulfillment process has begun
- Fulfilled - your order has been made, packaged and shipped
The tracking information button will appear next to your shipment information if available and your update will go live within 24 hours. You will be notified when the shipping label has been printed and the order is ready for shipping.
