30 days Refund Policy

Economical production:
We make our products to order, any claims for faults/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please contact us before returning any products at nyl@singsinghotel.com.  Please provide a picture of your item with your request.  Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. Hats and discounted items cannot be returned. Returns will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or tampered with, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
